Thread rolling

The resulting profile is identical to the threads obtained by removing material and responds exactly to the standards define the traditional profile. Even profiles, diameters or pitches specific are possible.

Machining possibilities and limitations

• All special and standardized profiles: ISO, SI, SIM, BSW, ACME, TRAP, UN, UNJ, UNC, UNJF, UNJEF, ROND, BA, ART, Medical threads...
• All pitches from 0.2 to 20, single or multiple threads,
• All diameters from 1 to 250mm,
• All modules up to 6 for worms,
• All lengths up to 15m.
• Right hand or left hand profile
